AP Notes, Outlines, Study Guides, Vocabulary, Practice Exams and more!
I'm taking AP Statistics next year (this year?) and does anyone have any tips or warning for me?
I could use all the help I can get. I may enjoy math, but that does not mean I have penchant for it, or my calculator. :(

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
don't worry about being good at math. you don't do much at all.
plus, anything that looks hard can just be done on a graphing calculator. a TI-83 or 84 has all the statistics functions on it, so all you have to do is type in your data.
stats is mostly just remembering what format to write stuff in. (there are alot of things where if you don't write the answer in the exact format given it will be wrong).
i took stats this past year so if you run into any problems just find me and i can probably answer them.
all in all, it's just another brick in the wall...

Formating, may be a problem. Now if I can just remember who I loaned my calculator...

Green, I'm sure that you can just read the book. Everytime I think i'm going to lose it and that the book is unreadable, I look at it again and slowly read it over. then things begin to make sense. But having someone point you in the right direction is alot more simpler.
So, the book is legible? My pre-calculus book was anything but, however, my other classmates had no trouble. I think I'm just hopeless. -_- Ah, well, I will be positive. I can read the book, I will read the book, I will understand the book.
Thanks, I'll keep your tip in mind, and hopefully remember it before I start to hyperventilate.

oh, you were mistaken...you have to hyperventilate a few times before you are able to use that method correctly. I have a least ten of those sessions a day. haha.
Ah! Oh, please do not tell me that! I don't think my asthma can take ten hyperventilation sessions a day! ;P

Well, While we are in a suggestions topic. I suggest you find that calculator of yours.
see now, i do just the opposite of hyperventilating. i hold my breath and glare at the problem until i turn blue. the problem gets so scared that i will die that it just gives up and tells me the answer. this trick works on parents too, but only if you are 6 years old.
all in all, it's just another brick in the wall...
