I took the ACT today and I think I did really bad on the science section. Will colleges disregard my ACT score if my SAT score is higher? Will a low ACT score hurt my admissions chances? :(

Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
I didn't realize that you made a thread for this too- I kinda answered you in the shoutbox.
Normally, colleges will pick your higher score. However, some only accept either the SAT or ACT, so in that case they wouldn't substitute it. Don't worry about it, though, because you can always retake the test if you feel that your score is too low. Also, most colleges look at more than just your test scores when figuring out admissions- such as High School GPA, AP classes offered;taken, etc. I wouldn't be too worried if I were you.

:) The schools I'm applying to accept either so I guess I should be ok. Thanks.
