So, what did you guys do to celebrate? I went to a parade/potluck picnic that the town I live in puts on each year. I ate too much food, got sprayed with a firehose (the local firefighters spray everyone down each year), and was in charge of a mess of games for little kids. No fireworks though.

I had a decent day with the family. Got to eat alot of food, probably not enough, but oh well. I also played putt-putt with tennis balls and a club that came about four inches above my knee- that was interesting. Overall, one of the most enjoyable 4ths in years.

I worked...a lot...I worked 2:00pm to 11:30pm. It sucked....*sad*
Then this week is our fair week and I have to work that same shift on our parade day, Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. Sunday night is our demolition derby- it's the biggest night that this county has.
