- What type of Martial Arts do you take?
- How long have you taken it?
- How many times have you hurt yourself, and to what degree?
Personally I take Taekwondo, I've been taking it for 6 years, I've broken my wrist twice, finger once, arm once, ankle once, and dislocated my arm doing a backflip :D + a million other injuries like pulled muscles and all that good stuff.

I've been doing taekwondo for almost 11 years now. I used to play a couple other sports but quit them in sixth grade to focus on taekwondo. I'm more into sport taekwondo and love competing. I've won regional, national, and international tournaments in sparring. The accomplishment I'm most proud of is being invited to represent Washington state at the Olympic Training Center. It was an amazing atmosphere just being there. I started XC this year for school because I thought it would be a good cross-training activity for taekwondo but I ended up being diagnosed with a pelvic stress fracture last week. I'm out of XC for the rest of the season and taekwondo for a couple months at least :(
 DANG man!!! that's insane...you'll probably kick my but in sparring :D my school does both Sport and Demo training, so we learn how to do flips and stuff, and different high technique kicks...That's awesome....get healed soon buddy!!!! ;)

I've taken Aikido for 9 years and love it. It's a great way to vent. www.renoaikido.org in picture's the 7th picture down is of me getting trashed. It's fun and I spar with my friends all the time who have taken Judo, Kung-Fu, and Taekwondo. I havent had too much injuries but a lot of pulled muscles.
