Naruto

I've read the manga up toa certain point, and I'll agree with ya- it is definatly a good series! I haven't really seen a bunch of the anime, since it dosen't air on the TV up here and I have to download it...but what I have seen I like. Naruto is my favorite, but really close to him is Kakashi. I'm not sure after that...prolly Shikamaru. Any other anime/manga series you're wild about? I'd love to talk Naruto with you, but I'm not terribly far into the series (I think Sasuke's brother was about to attack. It was after the Chunnin exam...)

I've seen a few episodes, but they're few and far in between. It looks interesting, I might download it soon. I now refuse to watch anime that has been dubbed in English. They just skew it so that it seems more "appropriate" for English speaking crowds. So far my favorites are Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, and Cardcaptor Sakura, kino no tabi (can be seen on youtube, only 13 episodes, excellent series), and negima, but they don't release those as often as I like...

Anyhow, I'm ranting now, so in short I think it looks interesting and worth looking into. Now to find a place to download it.

Naruto is an amazing series. Gaara is such a tormented soul in the beginning but later on he is such a nice person, and I just really like him for that. Sasuke used to be really cool, but then he got too cocky for me to handle. Kakashi is just hilarious.

yeah, that episode is one of the best. Later on, the character Shikamaru Nara comes into play. He is one of the most HILARIOUS characters!

Oh- pianogirl. You said you like Bebop? That's awesome! It's one of my favorites- especially the soundtrack it has (the opening song is the best...).

Got any other favs, Effervecent? If you haven't already seen it, I gotta sugest Bleach. It's pretty darn good.

It's kinda hard to explain...but here goes nothing: The story takes place in Tokyo, and talks about a 15 years old boy by the name "Ichigo Kurosaki", who can see ghosts. One night when he came home from a night out, he found his family in desperate need of his help, they were being attacked by a monster know as a "Hallow", which is a human soul who didn't go to Heaven or Hell. While trying to save his family he encounters a young girl with a katana who answers to the name of "Rukia Kuchiki" and is a shinigami, an angel of death. She, like many others came to the human world to destroy hallows and allow human souls to reach the Soul Society, also known as Heaven. Although it is impossible for a human to see shinigamis or hallows Ichigo seems to be very much capable of doing so. It ends up that Ichigo accidentially takes Rukia's spirit powers, and is forced into doing all of her death god work until she gets her powers back. It's a strange mixture of crazyness (Ichigo has got one of the most bizzare fathers I have ever seen- he's even stranger than my own, which is saying a lot) and serious parts. Really, it is worth the time it takes to download it! (And btw, I really didn't write ALL that- I grabbed it from another site, and edited it as I saw fit. I'm waaaay to lazy to write all that...):D

Omg...so THAT was bleach. I think I saw an episode or two. It looked interesting- I think I'll like it. I do seem to be drawn to the fighting anime...
