Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!

I'm trying to gain some muscle though. Doing push-ups and sit-ups every morning and night and running for about an hour a day and going to start hitting the rec center 3 or 4 times a week when I get back to college.
If you are trying to put on muscle mass- don't run or do any cardio... you'll go into negative calorie intake and will lose weight. I'm not saying to skimp on legs though because you don't want to have a huge upper body and then twigs for legs cause that looks ridiculous haha :) Just lift for now if you are trying to gain muscle mass. Once you are at the weight you want to be at, then start running.
