Alright I kinda need help with something in geometry. We're doing stuff with radicals, which I dont get. we're doing stuff with radicals and triangles, like a right triangle with two 45 degree angles has the hypotenuse= legX (radical)2
and a right triangle with 30 and 60 degree angles has a hypotenuse
that= 2X the shorter leg. and the longer leg= (radical)3 X the shorter leg.
but what i dont get is how you input this into a calculator to figure the problem, or how you record your answer properly.
for example if the length of a leg is like 5(radical)3, and your multiplying it by 2, how do you put that in a calculator? and also, how do you multiply radicals, for example 5(radical)3 X (radical)3. idk how to get the solution and then idk how to put that in simplest radical form.
if anyone can just descibe how to solve crap like that thatd be cool.
thanks:cool:
