Hi US09, and welcome.
Well, APUSH as an "experience" really differs on the teacher and the teaching method. Some can make it hell, and others can make it fun.
When you start out it's more difficult than you think (the early stuff was boring for me) but as you go on it gets easier and easier, and in the end you'll be surprised at all the stuff you know.
So anyways, have fun and good luck!

It got harder for me. But I also got lazier. Junior year is hell.

Thank god I'm a senior finally.

Lol, I know the feeling Shirtninja. Senior year is much more fun! :p

I had senioritis since I was a sophomore. I was in classes with a lot of seniors so it kind of rubbed off on me lol

haha, I was the same way. It's got a funny way of doing that. The sad thing is, you don't even realize it until AP time rolls around and you think, "Okay. Where did I put my notes again? Oh yeah, I didn't take notes cause I was gonna read the book. Where'd I put that book again?"

I had senioritist the first semester of my junior year. Then I kicked my own arse the second semester and brought all my grades up. I plan on slacking off majorly as a senior. Possibly not even doing extra-curricular music activities.

yay lazy people!! I started slacking off at the end of 8th grade. Then freshman year I worked hard for the first semester. After that I just started to slide. I'm going to slack off this year too. I should be on here a lot- forums are a great way to procrastinate.

It really isn't hard to pass even AP History without working hard (at least with my teacher). I had a lot of homework, but nothing really challenging. Tests sucked though, and the AP exam wasn't too fun (seeing how I never studied or read the book). If they ever send me the stupid results, I'll tell you how that worked out for me...
