I signed up for 3 APs this year, but a teacher was a *@#!^&(?! and kicked me out of the class, so I'm only taking APUSH and AP Macroeconomics.

Heh, lucky you. I wish my AP Lang would kick me out. :(

Anyways, the more AP classes, the better most definitely. I don't see how it could be 'worse' for you unless you can't balance your schedule or you're overwhelming yourself.

The more, the better your college resume. ;)

( APUSH, AP Lang & Comp, APEuro*, AP Physics*, AP Chemistry* )

man a lot of you people are taking classes that i didn't even know existed! like i have no clue what macroeconomics is..lol. but as for me i'm taking ap us history and ap chemistry. plus i have a physics class, which feels like it's ap because i'm so terrible at it. but really it's just physics I. but that's all i have for this year as far as ap goes, i have other honors classes but no more ap. i may take ap bio next year when i'm a senior, but i really hate bio so idk.

I'm in APUSH right now. Next year (junior year) I will take AP Chem and either AP World or whatever they offer at my school.

I would go for as many as you think you can handle. My school offered a couple college credit classes which I took, and they only offered a few AP classes. I did take 3 AP classes (US History, Calc BC, and Spanish), but I only took the test for the first 2. I passed them both, and it has helped a lot. Now I have a head start and don't have to take as many classes. Plus I'm used to a full workload, so college doesn't seem bad to me at all (though I've heard some people complain of the workload)

The notion of hard AP classes is overated...ive taken 3 gotten 5's on all the tests etc. it just requires lots of work

I always though it was best taking as many AP classes as possible, but that is definitely not the case. Only take AP classes you're interested in; you'll put more effort into those classes as well.
