well, i want to see this forum's opinion on PPC shifters( what shifts the frontier of a production possiblity curve)
Is trade a Shifter? Or a component~~(causes the shifters)?
so far, i categorize the shifters as; more resources, better resources, better technology.

While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. I think trade could be a shifter if it is providing more resources for production. Exporting of goods would not be a shifter.
