That is great! I have a list from my teacher but it's got about 100 on their and she has told me go through and pick out the best 50 and study those...but many of them won't be on the test. So, I know cases like Marbury v Madison and Roe v Wade.

It must be back home, I can't find it here in my dorm. I'll have it this weekend though.

Sorry.

You need to know the basic cases that are part of the foundation of the United States, such as Marbury V. Madison, Fletcher V. Peck (which had to deal with contract law), mcCulloch V. Maryland, Gibbons V. Ogden. Of course, Roe v. Wade and other cases are important to know for United States history, but they are not really relevant when you have to talk about the foundations of American government and the specifics that define our country. I actually haven't taken the class, so please don't quote me, but I am reviewing a "cracking the AP US Government & Politics book." Just remember, I believe amendments will lay a stronger argument, atleast for the essays. Know your amendments!

Here's some you might want in your back pocket- McCullock v. Maryland, Schneck v. U.S., Griswold v. Connecticut, Gideon v. Wainright, Virgina v. U.S., Gitlow V New York, U.S. v. Nixon, U.C. Regents v. Bakke, Miranda v. Arizona, Lemon v. Kurtzman, Miller v. CA Roth v. U.S., Texas v. Johnson, Adarand Constructors v. Pena. Use your discretion, some are more important that others- but you never know what the AP test is going throw at you. :)
