Where do the "Student Reading Questions for The American Pageant, Twelfth Edition" come from? Are they found in the American Pageant Guidebook, the American Pageant Quizbook, or somewhere else?
I can find pdfs of the questions all over the internet, but am curious about the original source.

They come from the teachers book. Its something that the publisher creates so the teacher doesn't have to spend so much time making student homework.
Yes, I understand these come from a "teacher's book," but I need to know the specific name of the book. Thanks.
