While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! the articles of confederation were basically a failure compared to the constitution. It could not control commerce and the current economy. The only thing they had control over was passing laws, ex. the land ordinance acts. The constiution was an imrovment over the scrapped articles of confederation allowing for a bicaramel legislature senate and house of reps. throught the constitution, interstate commerce began to flow and it limited the rights of the government.
