Well, lessee.. in my book, chapter 27 is.. something about the Monroe Doctrine and how the US is the world police.

You can take practice tests and read outines and stuff.. But I can't rememebr much of it except that Us wanted Cuba, they captured the Phillippines, talking about the White Man's burden, and how the north and the south helped eachother to win the war against Spain.

capitalization? who the heck came up with this horrible rule?!

thanks for the advice...i took a few practice tests, did alright, took the first half of the actual test, got an 88...not too bad...and i have the second half about China and the whole open door policy soon...i was extremely worried becasue my first quater's performance threw me off of distinguished honors [i got an 80, needed min. 85] so im really trying to crack down on how i've messed up...

thanks for everyhting

That's good. I'm sorry I couldn't go in depth, but glad you did well on it. (better than what I make...)
