Essay Help.

Hey guys, hows it going. I have an essay due tomorrow for AP History and I'm at a loss for information to use.

The Question:
Early US foreign policy was primarily a defensive reaction to perceived or actual threats from Europe. Assess the validity of this generalization for the time period, 1789-1825.

Its a 5 paragraph essay and I have an introduction ready and a few things for the body but Im still at a loss for information in places. I decided to organize it by the 3 major players in Europe(Spain, France, England.) I have several things jotted down to do with England and a few things with France, but I need some more for all 3 countries and Spain I have really nothing for.

If I could get help with some evidence I could use I would appreciate it. Thank you guys!

a better way to structure it would be
Paragraph on England, one on France, And in on US reactions

And for france Citizen Genet would be good

for us reactions
Embargo 1807
Non Intercourse Act
Macon's Bill Number 5
War Of 1812
Jay's Treaty
