[=Comic Sans MS][=Red]I'm from Upper Marlboro, MD, and as of right now we're working on chapters 31-33. We're doing about a chapter every two days. We lost about a week because of unecessary snow days!

I am in a Non- AP class, but I am taking the AP. Both AP and non AP classes are in the progressive are, right before WWI. We occasionally have simulations, and I find they help alot. :p

Yeah...

the A.P. exam in may is going to be tough. not to worry, over prepare and you'll do just fine. not. especially if you're 10 chapters behind. when i've gotten a few sections behind- i've noticed that skimming the chapter for information that jumps out at you helps alot. and don't think in the mind set of slaking off. that just means you've given up. so you got behind. devote a weekend to catching up. after all YOU took this class, so YOU need to get caught up. I'm aiming for a score that i've earned. if i earn a 2, then ill be bummed, but its my own fault. and trust me, i'll be happy if i survive this test. heeheehee.

Good luck!

We're on chapter 29. And we're also doing 30 and 31 over our spring break. Which are the chapters right around the beginning of WW I.

11th grade class, KY --- Our class has a test Friday on chpt 36 & 37.

Kaervek - - I think it's easier to take the class in highschool because there are less people to a class and its hard to get behind because you have the same class all year, every day. There is less risk of being distracted by other college activites.

P.S. Most highschools have Spring Break in April.

It's every other day here.. and getting a tuesday, and a thuesday off, can get you very much behind.

That's not entirely true. Every single high school in the state of Texas is required by state guidelines to take spring break in March. (And that's over 5000 schools). I know many in other states do as well.

Block scheduling isn't all that great. I'm used to it now, but it's hard to concentrate for an hour and a half on pretty much anything, especially boring classes like APUS and Pre-Calc Trig.
But right now, we're beginning lectures on chapters 38 and 39 (trying to keep on topic)
