I am pretty sure that's when they lowerd the tax on tea, (but they were obvously mad because it was a boycott,) and the Bostonians reacted with the Boston tea party
The first non-importation agreement that had draw up in Oct 1774, during the the same time, the Continental Congress also collects gunpower and millitary force.When the British find out about the occurance, The British Commander in Boston sent a detachment of troops to nearby Lexington and Concord. They were to seize stores of colonial gunpowder and also to bag the rebel rightleaders. Eight People had killed and got several wounded. The Lexington Massacre had bring British and American more towards to war.
