Hi,
I am doing an essay for AP US History. I am talking about why the colonies were founded, for economic concerns or religious concerns. My thesis is taking the side of economic concerns. My three paragraphs are Jamestown, the West Indies, and how the British taxed the colonies to pay for their war debt. Anyone know any primary sources? Like how much money Britain made off the colonies? Or a copy of the currency act, or anyone know a website that does? Any help would be appreciated thx.
