I took a couple of practice tests, and I'm just wondering how numerical percentages (60%, 70%, etc...) translate into scores (1, 2, 3, etc.). Does anyone know how they determine your score from the number of points you get?

My teacher said that about 80% and above on multiple choice and 3 6's or above on the essays was about a 5. About 70-80% and 3 5's was about a 4.

The grading scale changes from year to year so a 5 in 2006 is not the same as a 5 in 2007. They don't release the point ranges until like 5 years after the test.
