Essay Chrisis!!!!

so i have a major essay due next week..the same week of MIDTERMS!!! so im suuuuper stressed with studying for my midterm and its the hardest essay of the year, and i dont even know where to start here is the question:
"Using Galileo, Voltaire, and Rousseau as examples, describe the intellectual and philisophical shift that occured in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries from a god-centered universe to a human-centered universe" Think about the ethos of the Middle Ages, compare it to the ethos of the Enlightment, and use these figures to outline that change.

IT is also part DBQ so we have to use like 4 documents in the essay and our class is ap wld history and hon english 2 combined so i know you might not know about the english examples but maybe some help setting the essay up or whatever you can do would be a great help! thank you :)

alright i think i might be able to help, hopefully im not too late. =P
Write a two sentence thesis, the first sentence seperated by commas describing just a little bit but not vaguely about how each person you mentioned contributed something to the intellectual and philosophical shift. Then another sentence comparing the thos of the middle ages and enlightenment, but only do this if it fits in with what your paper will primarily be talking about. Once you can put together a solid thesis, just follow it through with organized paragraphs and you should be good to go.
I hope that helped if im not too late, the beginning is usually the hardest part!
:)
