there are specific workbooks that they sell in the book stores that help me... I actually intended to buy an AP american History workbook, when I accidentally bought barron's Ap world history workbook, it includes a disk and everything to prepare you for the exam. if you work those out, you will totally be fine.
Well I have two suggestions for you.
1. You can do what I do, I read every chapter twice, the first time for main idea, the second time for detail.
or..
2. Find a way to improve your general memory, because I rely heavily on my memory to help in stuff. A website that may be able to help with memory/ brain stuff is http://lumosity.com/
Hope thats cool, :)
