hurricans SUCK and there is not way to get away if you live in the southeast. I hate them but we have to deal with it. Now i'm east of the hurrican so our town will get some of the worst, hopefully we don't end up like New Orleans.... I cant wait to the end of Hurrican season!!!!!

I live 15 minutes from Houston. We cannot evacuate because there is no more gas left in town, so we are going to stay and hope for the best. Please pray for all the people leaving and the people staying. Pray for safety. :confused:

What is sad is they're trying to evacuate New Orleans anyway to get them out of the sewage (from what I have heard, forgive any misinformation) and are having a hard time of it, so to get them out faster because of a new hurricane seems impossible to me.
