He is immortal, not because he alone among creatures has an inexhaustible voice, but because he has a soul capable of compassion and sacrifice and endurance?? My impressions of Lady Macbeth are that she seems very feisty and ruthless. Besides being married to Macbeth, she seems to be his partner in crime. This is supported by her determination to have him kill king Duncan so that he can become king. She is very power-hungry and is using her husband to get that power.
