Chapters 1-8, multiple choice, and a DBQ about wethersfield, CT (worth 30-40% of the grade)

Is there any tips for studying for a MC test on so much material? I took the ACE practice quizes, and im only getting 70% on most of them :(

(Note the DBQ does not need outside info)

And are there good techniques of finding the right and wrong answers (kind of like on the SATs) my teacher uses similar questions to the ACE and AP mc questions
