Tori Venable March 8, 2011 AP World CCoT Atlantic World Prior to 1492, what we now call the New and Old Worlds did not know of the other?s existence. Once the ?Worlds? collided however, they became almost interdependent and their contact brought change to everyone in the Atlantic World. Between 1492 and 1750, Western Europe, Africa and the Americas changed in the areas of agriculture influenced economy and demography but remained the same with their social customs.
