We the People of the United States: Citizens or people living in the US. In order to form a more perfect Union: When this was written the colonies weren?t very together or strong (on their own) Here was wanted a union to come together and follow the rules. Establish Justice: Everyone obeying the laws would make the nation much better with rules but the hardest part was enforcing these laws.
