?We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.? We the People of the United States: Citizens or people living in the US. In order to form a more perfect Union: When this was written the colonies weren?t very together or strong (on their own) Here was wanted a union to come together and follow the rules. Establish Justice: Everyone obeying the laws would make the nation much better with rules but the hardest part was enforcing these laws.
