1. Move victim to shady area. if there's no shade, make shade with a jacket covering victim. 2.Loosen restricted clothing of victim. 3. Pour water over victim. 4. Give victim water to drink sip by sip. 5. Elevate the victims feet. 6. Continue to give victim water and tell him things are going to be fine. 7. Notify victim that medical care is on their way.
