In the first one, paper chromatography is used to separate the pigments found in chlorophyll. The second activity consists of measuring the rate of photosynthesis by observing the change in color that happens when DPIP is reduced through a time interval. Problem How many pigments exist within plants, and at what rates do they photosynthesize when exposed to different lights? Hypothesis
