The sky was a sparkling blue, like the ocean on a clear day. It was not red like blood, black like a procession of mourners, or white like a final glimpse of the world before darkness sets in. It was blue, happy and calm. I did not think such a beautiful day could possibly summon my appearance, but the world is full of surprises, isn?t it? Liesel and Max were strolling along the river bank. They would be surprised to, for they did not know they were being watched. The tall, withering grass was beautiful against the stark blue sky, and it was the perfect spot for their enemy to hide.
