Should electronic use be illegal while driving? By: Abigail Lazar As a new driver, I feel very strongly about no electronic device use while driving. I think that it is the biggest safety concern for drivers, passengers, and other people on the road. I believe that all electronic devices should be illegal while driving including hands-free devices.

Rheya?s Cell Phone Responsibility This phone is for contacting my parents and for my parents to reach me. My parents can take the phone and look at anything on my phone - anytime, anywhere with no notice.? My parents will monitor my cell phone usage activities. Keep my phone in a specified place (on study desk in bedroom) when it is not in use. My phone will be charged at all times. My phone will be turned off after I get home. I am responsible for knowing where my phone is, and for keeping it in good condition. I can make only make calls, text and receive texts ONLY after my parents approve the list. I am/am not allowed to give my cell phone number to people without telling my parents. Take my cell phone with me so I can be reached at any time.

Cell phones are an absolute necessity for all teenagers throughout late middle school and high school. In order to have an optimal social life, a phone is required. It makes it possible to communicate anytime, anywhere. It is my belief that cell phones are just are just as important for teenagers as they are for adults. Why do teenagers need cellphones? Cell phones provide many things that make life a lot easier and better. Cell phones not only make life easier for the teens, but also the parents. Some of the reasons are very important and some are just generally helpful. There are three main reasons why teenagers need cell phones. They are: safety, convenience, and social obligations.
