New to the site, Not very good at history but shoved into an AP class.

Hi all,
My name is Jeffrey, I am 16 and I am in the 11th grade. I was forced into AP history, and I am probably going to fail, unless I get help from people. I am okay at WW2-present but before that just has my head in a vice. I hope that with this community's help, I can get some advice on things, and get a better understanding of what I do wrong. Thanks in advance for all the help I will recieve, and I hope that I can help someone else as well.

Out of courisoty, do you guys have a sister site with english work? I use the Writer's Choice: Grammer and Composition book by Glencoe. Just wondering.

hehe, yea... I really should be in basic history, but my teachers think that just because I make a B, I should be in honors... retarded alabama teachers...

another thing, I am using the 12th edition, will these outlines still suffice?

Hi Jeff, youve come to the right place :)

Weve got some very knowledgeable members here that are ready to lend a hand. While history was never my forte, I'll definitely help when possible.

Keep it up brother!! ;)

Crap... today we got grades on our outlines and my teacher complaigned about us getting them off of the internet. Guess I won't be using this site then, because I don't want to get in more trouble. Thanks for the welcoming and I might still use this site, but I don't know.

Jeff,

You are definitely not supposed to copy/paste the entire outline and turn it in as your own work. Please read the section on plagiarism on the main page. These notes and outlines are meant to be used to help you study or when you dont have time to read the entire chapter.

I'm sure your teacher wont mind if you use this site for the above reasons.

Oh no,
I'm not using this sites outlines. They are for the 11th edition, and I use the 12th. I plan on just using key terms and the like. I didn't mean to make it sound like I copy and pasted the outline here, I did my own outline for the chapter we were on last week.

hey Jeff.. this site really can be a life-saver. If you really dis-like the class, is there anyway that you could drop the class??
