So we just got the new 13th addition of the american pagent
our teacher wrote part of it...so i think thats why we got it in the middle of the year....
any one else?

I have it. I dropped it like a bunch of times though, so it doesn't really look new anymore.
We have it at my school. I don't exactly know why becasue we're really cheap here.

Does anyone know if there are any major differences between editions?>
I have the thirteen edition...
And there are really no major differences until chapter.. 14 or 15 .. 11ed has a chapter and some sections that were edited together in 13ed... and 13ed has newer info in the last chapters. that's all that's noticable so far.
Oh. and some pictures are different.. because we just got 13ed this year and every now and then my teacher is like "Why did they take out that cartoon?!?!?! It was in the 11ed!!!!"
haha. however, the guidebooks the company gave us are for 12ed.. haha.
We use The American Pageant 12th Edition. It's not that bad other than there are some uneeded facts like how tall the people were down to the centimeter! : )

I have The American Pageant 13th Edition, it doesn't have any questions in it does it? I read some of the other "threads" and they said there were questions in The American Pageant books. So is there?
We all use 12th Edition at my school.. kinda verbose in descriptions but still pretty good.
We use the 12th Edition too. Some things are unnecessary. Is there any difference between the chapters for like notes and such?
Maybe.. haven't gotten far enough to notice if they do.. I'm @ chapter 15 right now and they are serving me well
