AdminChris, can you please tell me how to find the outlines on this site?

Here are the quick links to them:

http://www.course-notes.org/forum/fo...lay.php?f=2072

But from the home page, www.course-notes.org, click on the "US History" in the Main Menu (top of the page on the left), then on the new page scroll down and you'll see a menu under the Main Menu labeled "US History". In that menu click on outlines and choose which chapter you need.

I have a question - when you guys have tests in class, does your teacher merely pull APUSH questions off the AP exams from past years, or do they write their own? Our teacher pulls all of ours straight out of AP tests. I was curious as to how other teachers do it.

Ours works on his own for the test we take in class, but he also hands us about five questions right off AP exams every day (doesn't grade them, but goes over answers) as sort of a warm-up.

Niiiiice... It's absolutely true though. I only read the textbook for one test-- and I failed! (Or rather-- I did worse than on tests in which I didn't read.) Grrr... though I would guess it was because I put it off till 12 AM and fell asleep repeatedly throughout.

I do agree though that only about 45% of the information you get from each chapter is useful in regards to tests.

P.s. pianogirl-- the outlines in the link you provided don't correspond with my textbook at all! Oh well-- I guess they're still helpful.

Yeah the outlines on the site only line up with one edition of American Pagent. I think it is the 12th edition?

The notes are either a chapter behind or ahead of your book after a certain point. Try looking at those ones.

11th edition actually. And I believe you have to look one chapter behind. But the notes on the site in my link should correspond exactly with the ones on course-notes....
