Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
Sometimes it really is hard to tell diffrent nationalities apart, and if you can't, you can really upset some people. In elementry school, one kid started to yell at one of my friends, blaming him for killing all these people in Pearl Harbor (and this was in 1992). My friend wasn't Japaneese: he was Korean. And a second-grader. Diversity can be wonderful, but sometimes a few jerks ruin it all.

Then.. I wont call them mexicans?
I wasn't really planning on it... so yeah...

Even if he was Japanese that would be retarded. Was the other kid white? Like he had reason to talk.
AND NO, BEING A SECOND GRADER IS NO EXCUSE
I was saying that my friend was a second grader when this kid started to yell. And yeah, the racist kid WAS white. Though I really have to wonder what made the kid think that way. Probably his parents....

I live in Kentucky, here we have a lot of Logging Companies, and the jobs go to the Mexicans who are here illegally, the owner can pay them low wages and the Mexicans don't seem to care. But there are Americans who want those jobs as well but dont get them.
I think that they need to enforce the laws that are already in place and deport the illegal immigrants until they can go through the right channels to become a US citizen.
Awesome, you got a couple of pick-up trucks? We'll go pick them all up from Home Depots across the nation telling them we want them to shingle our roofs (rooves?) and then we'll actually just drive them back to Mexico. Then we'll put up a giant wall. Easy as pie.
And since when do Mexicans live in Kentucky?
Well, I hate it when people mistake me for another nationality, because it happens too offen
the majority of the illegal group would not be informed or educated enough to know about this newfangled law. i'm obliged to say that the person who started this topic, "dern illegal im'grants" is responding to personal atrocities at the inconveniences caused by illegeal immigrants. however, there is more to the situation. this legislation would deal with immigrant lives, not immigrant statistics. every immigrant comes to america with honesty and sincerity; we are not a malicious group. HR4437 is an oblique violation of the american dream and everything the immigrants stand for. they are not terrorists. there are many benign illegal immigrants. they come with a heart for america and a willingness to serve, but the citizenship process is esoteric and removed from the base of american society. most illegal immigrants barely know about american policy but rather come simply uniformed with the heartfelt desire for a new and better life. mexicans are not the only ones in the picture. i live in a very racially diverse community and a school near me is 70% asian. i think the congressional bill is a heartless slap in the face for honest residents and a ruthless measure that will have a very deep impact for the negative on many honest peoples' lives.

He was being sarcastic...
And lostdude, you're gonna have to face that you're living in a country where the majority is culturally ignorant.
