Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!
What are you guys talking about?! The book is pure ownage. Everyday after school I'm like "Wooohoo!! APUSH!!".
Not really. -.-
But yeah, as far as text books go, it's not that boring. I mean... compared to this Biology book... :)
I'm definitely jealous that I didn't get to read this book. We use Henretta's America's History. Fairly boring book. Gets the information across, but not so fun to read.
I was reading my review book for APUSH and I came across something JFK said in Berlin.(in the language there)
"I am a popular pastry, which is also called a Berliner."
I think that has got to be my favorite quote from history.
"If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?"
the book has some funny typos, my favorite (i believe its on 246 or something like that), is talking about the Whigs and, I quote, "pubic schools". I can't remember the exact one but when I read it I couldnt stop laughing.
Ledatru wrote:"A hulking figure who towered six feet three inches, he was renowned as a MASTER DEBATER."
p. 520
Hmm, what version are you using? I'm using 11th and i can't find that quote on 520. Also, your other quotes i was able to find, but they were like a page off. Any help? I really want to show them to my friends, who don't believe me.
hmm does any one on this site use the 13th edition by chance?
