Daily Announcements for August 21st, 2012 Happening Today The History Club will meet today after school in Mr. Turner?s room after school. The meeting should end around 4:00. New members are welcome. Happening This Week There will be a HOPE Club meeting on Thursday the 23rd for all interested on in Ms. Barrier?s room, 104. There will be an organizational meeting of the Environmental Club in room 201 after school on Wednesday. If you cannot attend please see Mr. Cotter as soon as possible. Senior Class Officers will have a mandatory meeting Wednesday, August 22nd at 3:05 in room 209.

3.03 writing assignment Everyone has to deal with stress. It?s a natural part of life. How people deal with that stress is what makes us different. Some people choose to bottle it up inside. Others avoid stress causes. However, some of the most popular, as well as effective ways of dealing with stress are relaxation techniques, physical activity, and reading. The relaxation technique I chose to try was breathing. Although it sounds simple, it is very effective. It allowed me to clear my mind and relieve my stress. By the end felt not only more relaxed and calm, but healthier and more prepared for the day.
