Over the course of the French Revolution, the ideas of both absolute monarchy and feudalism were abolished. Each revolution addresses problems in the things that control a person?s life. What are they? The French Revolution addressed the abuse of the monarch and the lack of say that the citizens had in how the way their life was run. Why do people want these ideas or institutions changed? The people wanted the absolute monarchy abolished because didn?t like the way the monarchy was run. They thought that by taking away the absolute rule of the monarch, they could have power for themselves.
