Accounting Rap We started off with a business transaction, Looked like we knew we were doing but we was acting, Started to look in to accounting cycle, We tried to understand but it tool a while, Accounts receivable is an asset account, Accounts payable is a liability account, Capital is always an owner?s equity account, Ms. Valle is the teacher and she teaches us about, Increase to cash in bank yeah you know it stays debited, But if it?s decreased then you know it?s gonna be debited, The general journal is where it gets recorded, Ledger accounts is where they all get sorted, Work has gotta be complete before anyone advances, So we did roadrunner like Maria Sanchez, It?s always debit or credit in a T account, Equal balance is something you can?t do without,
