SLCHS Scholarship application Thank you for the opportunity to apply for the SLH foundation scholarship. Just a few weeks ago one of my classmates asked me to help her in taking a manual blood pressure. She felt shy that she had not yet mastered that skill. We found a quiet corner of the skills lab and I taught her the skill. I had her practice many times until she felt confident in taking a manual blood pressure.
