Fletcher v peck Peck had purchased some land from the state of Georgia, which he later sold to Fletcher. Subsequently, the Georgia state legislature rescinded the original sale to Peck. Fletcher's claim was that he had bought the land in good faith and that Peck was guilty of breach of contract. My bill is the united states should put a family living plan in action to control our population. Girls after they turn 14 to the age of 18 should be required to be on some form of birth control. The government should put a limit on the number of kids a family should have. I feel this way because the united states population is growing at an exponential rate and if it keeps growing like this we are going to go over the united states carrying compasity.
