Shillady 6 Brandon Shillady Ms. Toigo English CP 10 December 17, 2010 Jews and Other Groups Affected by the Holocaust Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, national, religious, or cultural group. There have been many different genocides in the past, some are highly destructive, but others, not as abominable, were still terrible. One occurrence of genocide that is rather well known is the Holocaust. The main man that was in command of the events of Holocaust was Adolf Hitler. He targeted many different groups. But of all of the targeted groups of the Holocaust, the Jewish religion was the most affected.
