Need Notes?
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive notes for as many high school textbooks as possible, there are certainly going to be some that we miss. Drop us a note and let us know which textbooks you need. Be sure to include which edition of the textbook you are using! If we see enough demand, we'll do whatever we can to get those notes up on the site for you!

I am doing a project on the Southern Colonies and I wanted to know two things. One is who are the indigenous people that lived in the Southern Colonies before the English came. I also want to know what the colonists daily lives were like in the Southern Colonies.
what are the cultural and economic similarities and differences between the southern coloinies and the new england colonies???

Economic: both were agricultural, but they grew different grains. the north grew things like wheat and grain and the south started off with tobacco as their main then cotton.
Cultural: during the colonial times, the North was more Religious and more... into it than the South. The South was more of the rebel and a bit more tolerant. Basically, it was "if you will do your job and fight off that bear, you can live here" whilst in the north it was divided by religious sects.
capitalization? who the heck came up with this horrible rule?!

I'm doing my homework....and there is this one question I can NOT answer! HELP!
"What were the four most important cities in colonial Americal in the 1700's?" I might just be retarded....but I can't figure it out.
Who is Olaudah Equiano?
Ooo, that sounds like it SHOULD be easy...hmm, my guesses are: Jamestown, Boston, Philadelphia, and New York? I dunno, really. Jamestown sounds off, and New York is a wild shot, but I think it should be mostly New England/Middle colonial towns. Dunno, though. Sorry.
But Lord Voldemort--love the name.
