What angle does he need to face the boat to move directly across the river? Explanation: We have 3 vectors in this problem: 1. The boat going straight across from point A to point B, which is the resultant. 2. The boat?s vector in calm water, which is the vector pointed at North West and has a magnitude 4 m/s. 3.
