What is information system and five examples of specific information that is shared internally. Information system means anything which is shared between two sides e.g. employees, client, teams, divisions or people. information can be verbal or written it can be delivered face to face, over the telephone, via mail, faxed. Two way information exchange means that there is a flow of information from top levels to down and lower level to upper level in the organisation so, that everyone is aware of what is happening and is able to continue effectively to the organisation?s success.
