How to do Well in AP World History

Every person struggles in AP World History. The key to success in this rigorous class is taking great notes and reading every chapter at least twice. The makers or breakers in every person?s grade are the quizzes. I learned this the hard way so you don?t have too. The essays are easy. All you have to do is answer the questions and know a few dates to throw in there. Also, make sure you just follow the exact essay format and you?ll do fine. The tests are kind of hard, but just read through your notes and do a few practice tests online and you?ll be okay. This will guarantee you an easy B and if you ace the essays an easy A.

The Zeroth Law There are four laws of thermodynamics which build upon each other. They are numbered 0 through 3 because the most fundamental law was discovered after the First Law had already been given the number 1. Therefore, they had to assign the most fundamental law the number 0. The Zeroth Law simply says there is no heat flow between objects that are the same temperature. In essence, the Zeroth Law is just a definition of what temperature is.

How to Write a DBQ Have a relevant thesis that answers the prompt not just restate the prompt. Also address every aspect of the question. You have to use EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT You need to categorize your documents by the PERSIAN chart but you could also use subgroups of the PERSIAN chart. You have to categorize each document but you can use the document more than once if absolutely necessary. Then you must figure out the point of view of three documents Finally analyze every document not just quote the document or explain what it is Then you must use one additional source in one category that would help you better understand the prompt better, and then the additional document must actually exist such as; don?t use a document written by superman because he doesn?t exist

Rachel Crippen AP World History Hour 6 DBQ ? Han and Roman Empires Given eight different documents, each one can tell us certain traits about the social system that exists. Although each document gave different information and insight, one can judge that all have a consistent purpose ? to inform or reform the society in which they were composed in a manner of ways; such as the attempt to manufacture better tools for the good of the people, to create and monitor water distribution systems that aid the people and to simply inform about the social achievements made by past leaders.
