Executive summary Arazindi Fashion House (AFH), an Australian clothing store, initiated a promotional technique in which customers were issued with a card that entitled them to a 20% discount on any purchase they made during the month of June. The nationwide sales manager of AFH conducted a research that was mainly intended to establish the effectiveness of this promotional technique.
